He has successfully led numerous exits, navigated complex special situations, and structured high-value transactions, creating lasting value for investors and stakeholders.

A seasoned board member for multiple portfolio companies, Ravi provides strategic guidance to drive growth and operational excellence. Before transitioning to private equity, he spent 12 years at PwC India as an Engagement Manager, advising global and domestic clients on audit, due diligence, and business transformation.

A Chartered Accountant and Commerce graduate from Mumbai University, Ravi combines technical expertise with a hands-on approach to investment management and portfolio solutions, ensuring sustainable success in the private investing space.
Maitreyee Billore

Sustainability Fellow

Maitreyee brings a unique blend of youthful energy and a passion for impact-focused finance to the Firm. As the youngest founding member of research teams, she has contributed to some of India’s largest public sector and development finance initiatives.

At Teach For India’s incubator, TFIx, she studied the feasibility of nonprofit fundraising through the issuance of Zero Coupon Zero Principal (ZCZP) bonds on the Social Stock Exchange. She also co-led research across 22 states on discretionary funding flows in rural and tribal nonprofits.

Within the Indian School of Business’s Centre for Analytical Finance, she worked on an impact assessment for the Prime Minister’s Office on India’s largest urban micro-credit program. Additionally, she defined the scope of impact for farmer life insurance and seed capital grant programs for state governments.

As a Cargill Global Scholar, Maitreyee designed a localization plan for an agri-tech supply chain service for smallholder farmers. She also founded two nonprofits dedicated to improving educational access in underserved communities. Maitreyee holds a bachelor’s degree with a double specialization in Accounting and Finance from H.R. College of Commerce and Economics, Mumbai.

Vedant Gupta

Vedant brings over four years of experience in financial consulting and private equity, having worked with marquee firms such as Deloitte, Tata Capital, and SeaLink Capital Partners. His expertise lies in fund structuring, investor reporting, compliance oversight, operational strategy, and portfolio management, enabling him to deliver value-oriented solutions tailored to private market participants. Previously, Zulfi was the Co-Founder & Managing Partner at BDO India, where he spearheaded Transaction Advisory Services for over a decade. His extensive experience as an International Liaison Partner has enabled him to work seamlessly with global clients on complex cross-border transactions, ensuring strategic and financial success.
